11. How do I set up signatures in Microsoft Outlook?
1. Open Microsoft Outlook
2. Select Tools/Options:

3. Select the 'Mail Format' tab, and then click on 'Signatures':
Note: You can set a signature here to be used for all new messages
as well as replies and forwards (see Drop-downs above the 'Signatures'
button below)

4. Click on 'New':

5. The next screen is where you set up your new signature:
First enter a name for your signature.
Below the name you are presented with a number of options:
- Start with a blank signature - Allows you type text and links as a signature
- Use this existing signature as a template - Start with an existing template
- Use this file as a template - use a file such as a HTML page with images as a template

6. Click 'Next'
7. The next screen allows you to edit and/or type your signature, for instance the following could be typed in:
My Company
info@mycompany.co.uk - will automatically get picked up as an e-mail link
+44 1021 212 112

8. Click on 'Finish'. Your signature will now be available for you to use in e-mails
